I would like to share a video that Skyler and his speech therapist made for his graduation. It's 8 minutes, I hope you enjoy.

Brilliant..Awesome..Sending you the LOUDEST congratulation honks from New York City and waking everyone's asses up to let them know what an inspiring and great tribute, to what seems to be, with the coupling appropriate song... The Time Of Your Life. I rarely admit it..but I write this with tears flowing down my cheeks. So well done...Thank you for sharing it ..I'm speechless..thank God for typing !! LOL

Great video! It's hard to say who's luckier -- Skyler to have you, or you to have him....

What a great video! How did you ever find the time to make it? Skyler reminds me of my daughter Johanna, now 25, who also has cerebral palsy. I'll bet Skyler is just as sweet as Johanna; these CP kids don't seem to develop all the nastiness that too often comes with being "normal".

The only unhappy thing about all this is how, when the rights under IDEA expire and they're kicked out of school, how isolated they can get. America still has a huge problem with acceptance and creating a life of worth for adults with developmental disabilities.
